Hello! We are Ann and Lo, also known as the minny hustlers! We are two besties currently living in the minny (Minneapolis, MN) area. We met in college in 2013 and have been inseparable ever since. If we aren't in the gym, you can catch us working our full-time jobs or traveling to some of our favorite cities with family and friends. Since starting minny hustlers what we thought would help a few friends and family members turned into helping thousands. You all inspire US to continue helping those looking to reach their goals! It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
