This challenge is a reset to get your body moving and get back on track! Remember during the tough
times, "if it doesn't challenge you it won't change you." 

All workouts can be done in the comfort of your home with a set of dumbbells. If you are wanting to level it up use a barbell or gym equipment! All workouts should be done in about 30 minutes. That may mean less rest times OR increasing your weight to make sure you aren't flying through each workout. No challenge? No change!
