Frequently asked questions
Do I need to purchase equipment?
All you need is a set of dumbbells that you can do for 10-15 reps. I recommend women use 5-10lbs. If that feels too easy, then 15-20lbs can be used for some exercises. Make sure you can maintain good form!
Do I have to do the workouts on specific days?
Nope, you can do them any day. To build the habit of moving your body every day, I think it's important to do something at least 5 days a week.
Do we need to take before and after pictures?
No, but I highly recommend doing it for yourself! You can see real changes in pictures and measurements. I'm not a big fan of the scale. Plus, the person who completes this program and submits before-and-after pictures will be entered to win a prize!
