About the program

This program will support recovery of the pelvic floor and core, gradually building strength and awareness in preparation for strength training after your 6-week postpartum checkup clearance. This program is created to be done as early as 1 day postpartum. Ideally, you want to do begin this program your first week postpartum. But, this can also be done at any time throughout your postpartum journey to strengthen and heal your pelvic floor and core.
