Hey! If you're new to my app then this is a great place to start! This section contains a full week of workouts that will allow you to try out a variety of different workouts that are available in the app. The week starts off with a "Push" workout. In this workout you'll be working the muscles involved in pushing movements; chest, shoulders, and triceps. That will be followed up by a "Pull" workout on day 2 where you'll be working the muscles involved in pulling movements; back, biceps, and the rear deltoids. Day 3 will be a leg workout in order to complete the popular "Push/Pull/Legs" split. If you enjoy this way of breaking down your training then I think you'll enjoy my 6 days per week program with the title "Push/Pull." Day 4 will be an arm and shoulder focused workout. We've already trained them once already but this will be an entire workout focused on building up the arms and shoulders. Usually in my workout split I'll have an entire day where I'm focused on building up my arms because it's been a weak point of mine for some time. On day 5 you'll be doing a full Upper Body workout. Although you're training all of the upper body on one day you'll only be doing a couple of exercises for each muscle group. This isn't my personal preference when it comes to training but a lot of people like to go to the gym 3-4 days per week and in order to get in enough training frequency I feel like an upper/lower split is the best way to do that. That's why I've included those workouts in this section. If you find that you enjoy training all of your upper body on one day or if you're only able to train for 3-4 days per week then you'll enjoy my "4 Days per Week Upper/Lower" program. To finish off the week we'll be doing a leg workout accompanied by a short ab workout. I like to train abs following my leg day. It can feel like quite a bit of work so be sure to drink enough water bring a snack to eat after you're done. Thanks for giving my app a try! Enjoy! 💪🏼

Get to Know Me

Hey, my name’s Michael! I’m originally from the State of Washington in the United States but now I live in Europe. I got really into fitness when I was studying in university. My first inspirations were guys with aesthetic, fitness model physiques like Greg Plitt, Lazar Angelov, and Marc Fitt. I spent hours studying; how to get 6 pack abs, how to sculpt each muscle of the physique, and the best diets to follow. I loved creating my own workout programs for me and my friends to follow. I even worked as a volunteer personal trainer in the universities' gym on campus. After university I had the opportunity to work as a personal trainer at 24 Hr. Fitness and then as a trainer and nutritionist at Lifetime Athletic Club. I enjoyed my time in the gym but soon realized that I was limited in the amount of people I would be able to help. I decided that I wanted to start making YouTube videos about fitness and start an online training business in order to help more people change their body. My goal is to teach as many people as God allows how to get fit, eat right, and develop an aesthetic fitness model physique. I want to share as much as I can with you so that you feel comfortable and confident walking into the gym knowing that you have all the tools you need to sculpt your best physique.

If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, you may be skeptical about mine. But I'm here to tell you, I guarantee you’ll get the results you want with me. Why? I don’t give you one-off programs of PDF documents with no assistance. I'm consistently adding new programs (with interactive, explanatory videos) on a weekly basis. My content is new, fresh, and ever-changing to keep you motivated and ready to work! Plus, if you need help, I'm always here for you. You can message me directly if you have any questions, feedback, or simply want to share your success.
I'm a beginner, is your app for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, my app can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
You shouldn't need to purchase any equipment on your own, just a basic gym membership will do. I do have some bodyweight exercises in my app but the majority will require dumbbells, barbells, and machines. In the future I will be adding some bodyweight programs or programs that can be done with very minimal equipment so be sure to subscribe to my email list to be the first to know when they release.
