I am a 40 year old regular guy. I played sports in high school and college. After that I begin to let myself go. I played golf and realized that I wasn’t going to get better by eating bad and not working out. I went out and bought a nutrition guide and joined a gym. I lost around 70 lbs. After that, I begin to put on muscle. I competed in NPC bodybuilding numerous times. I have done powerlifting and obstacle course racing. I have attended Willie Smith’s speed camp, I am NASM certified, I have been coaching clients for 10 years. I teach boot camp classes, HIIT, weight lifting, and Step.
