The goal here is pretty tough! You will do all the reps/walk on the right, then without rest go to the left side! ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸปIf you are advanced, go straight through 2 rounds(2 on each side) before you take a 2:00 rest! Then hit that a total of three cycles! ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸผFor beginners, do 1 round each side and rest 60-90 seconds in between each. Complete 4-6 cycles. 1. Single Arm Clean and Press x 5 2. Single Arm Snatch x 5 3. Single Arm Strict Press x 5 4. Single Arm Overhead Carry 50m 5. Single Arm Offset Goblet Squat x 5 6. Single Arm Up Back Plank Row x 5 7. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸผHit the Other Side!๐Ÿฆพ ๐Ÿ’ฏAdvanced go 2 cycles each side before you rest! ๐Ÿ˜œAs a finisher you can do the single leg pass under lunges on a descending ladder of 10,8,6,4,2 with Ascending Ladder of Single Arm Hollow Hold Presses 2,4,6,8,10!
