๐๐ปIf you are advanced, go straight through 2 rounds(2 on each side) before you take a 2:00 rest! Then hit that a total of three cycles!
๐๐ผFor beginners, do 1 round each side and rest 60-90 seconds in between each. Complete 4-6 cycles.
