Here we go: Go through 2 Sets at each weight until rounds 5-6 you top your heaviest KB weight(for me it was 53).
1. KB Clean & Press(10) + Strict Press(5) - 2 Rounds
1. (8) —— (4) - 2 rounds (42#)
2. (6) ——(3) - 2 rounds (53#)
2. SandBag Shouldering (4 each side )
1. 6 Each Side x 2
2. 8 Each Side x 2
3. Slider Bear Rows x 10 Each Arm
4. Double KB Swing x 15 - 2 Rounds
1. 12 - 2 Rounds
2. 9 - 2 Rounds
5. Overhead Carry 1:00 (when I hit the 53# I did Single Arm rather than 2)
—— Rest 2-3 Minutes Between Rounds
Then I ended on 3 Cycles of:
B1. Pike to Blast Off Push Up x 6…8….10
B2. Gorilla Double Row x 10
