EMOM(perform the given reps within the minute, rest whatever additional time you have)
Go through part one 4-5 rounds ON THE MINUTE.
Minute One: 8 single or double KB clean to OH Press + 5 single or double KB goblet squat
Minute Two: 8 KB Gorilla Rows Each Arm
Minute Three: 8-12 Glute Bridge Single KB Pull Over OR Double KB Press
Minute Four: 12-16 Single or Double KB Swings
** If you need, use Minute 5 as a rest minute OR do a :30 hollow hold. If you want to push the heart, keep it at a 4:00 EMOM.
Part Two: 3 rounds, 90 rest.
B1. KB Weave Throughs x 8 each leg
B2. Split Stance KB SA row x 8 per arm
B3. KB hollow hold SA press x 8
