🤜I have a GREAT one for you that starts with 5 reps of each and works your way up to 8 reps on round four!(5,6,7,8)
👍🏽If you are feeling ballsy, you can top your set of 8 by nailing two rounds and ending on 5 total in under 30 minutes for a serious arm and leg pump!💪🏽

2. Clean & Press x 5…8
3. Squat x 5….8
4. Reverse Lunge x 5….8
5. Hinge to Row x 5….8
