My comfort zone is the gym, and teaching movement is my passion. Growing up I played a variety of sports and ultimately decided to focus on track and field through high school. After graduating high school I knew I wanted to stay in the gym so I completed my bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Since then I’ve spent the last 10 years training clients one on one in New York City. My training philosophy centers around teaching fundamental movement patterns and can be practiced by anyone from the average joe to a professional athlete. Workouts will include elements of strength & conditioning, kettlebells, core work, and gymnastics strength training.
By following my workouts you will: Shed Body Fat ✅ Build Strength and lean muscle ‼️ Increase Aerobic capacity 💙 Improve athletic performance 🏌🏼‍♂️ Most importantly I’ll teach you how to program workouts in a sustained and varied manner to avoid plateau and burnout associated with constant high intensity training.
Training Requirements
I’ll include a variety of workouts for every situation. Some Will be body weight for when equipment is limited. Others will require standard free weights (kettlebells, barbells, etc..)
