That was a killer for me!! At the end I modified the sit-ups to 5 sets of 10 instead of 20! Hope thatβs okπͺπ½π₯

This workout hits hard on the top end and gives you a *little* break on the way down to the sit-ups. After five rounds the pressure really builds up for a great workout.

Easy to follow, the movements are simple however very effective. Loved the workout combinations , definitely a great workout and broke a sweat! π awesome workout! Will be back tomorrow! π
