These are quick HIIT (high, intensity, interval, training) workouts. The equipment you need for most workouts is a hard circle band, medium circle band, and a light circle band which can be found here https://a.co/d/7EphK8O. Some workouts require a kettlebell and free weights. You will alternate between strength training rounds and cardio rounds.

I am a mother of four boys who has enjoyed working out my entire life. I stayed active through all of my pregnancies, and after the birth of each child. I was a fitness instructor for 15 years, and enjoy coming up with different exercises and classes for people at all fitness levels.
