This is the booty workout you can do ANYWHERE so it’s the perfect routine for when you travel 🍑 All you need is a miniband. I love using thick cloth bands (I get them on amazon) because they have way more resistance and don’t break 👏 ⏱ One circuit is around 15 min long depending on your brakes. Do as many rounds as you have time for Have fun fit fam 🌟
