I am 41 years old and have been in the fitness industry almost 20 years. I started out wanting to lose weight and look cute but soon discovered that fitness is about so much more than fitting into your skinny jeans. I discovered my strength and love for lifting heavy and soon started competing in powerlifting. The sport of powerlifting helped me to not only build on my physical strength but my mental strength as well. After developing a “I CAN do anything” attitude, I was blessed to win multiple 1st place awards in all 3 main lifts. I firmly believe that we all have greatness with in us. It’s just a matter of whether we are going to tap into it, put in the hard work to pull it out, and show it to the world… or will we let it lie dormant and die when we do. My main goal with my clients is to show them they CAN do anything they want if they are willing to put in the work. You are capable of so much more than you think. Fitness is about loving yourself enough to grind every single day and tap into that greatness that you already have in you. It’s time to put in the work. Let’s show the world who TF we are!!

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
