Great stretch 👌 there's only one movement that says 45 reps instead of 45 seconds that might be a bug so you don't have the timer for it. Other than that, I feel much more loose now 🙆‍♀️

Since i missed the stretching yesterday it was nice to stretch today after the lower body cardio workout !
