I challenged myself to a regular push-up instead of a knee push-up today and failed at 11! I started at barely able to do 1 regular push-up! The progress Iโ€™m seeing is insane, letโ€™s keep going!! Happy Week #4 ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰
