It's over!!! What a way to end - feeling so proud that I (and everyone who took part in the challenge) made it all the way through. I can definitely feel the difference in myself from day 1 to the final day - there were some moves I struggled with at the begining such as high knees (getting out of breath really quick) but they feel so much easier now 💖 A brilliant way to kick-start my fitness journey and I'm so glad I took part in this. Highly recommend for anyone who is at the beginning of their journey especially as this one doesn't need much equipment and it's easy to find alternatives for moves that do - good luck to anyone who does the Summer Sculpt challenge! (Completed 05/07)

This summer sculpt challenge had such an impact on my life. These three weeks were intense but at the same time were doable with the right mindset along with the community that comes with MK Fit. Seeing the comments from others doing the challenge made me feel like I wasn't in this alone and that is really hard to find when working out at home. As a stay at home mom who's 31 I honestly have been struggling with my image as well as motivation and energy. Even after the first week I have had an insane change in my energy, I was in a better mood and able to do more with my days. My body feels stronger and tighter and aside from physicality I have also had drive to complete other things in my life that I didn't have the motivation to do. Thank you so much michelle for creating such a safe and motivating space. And thanks to everyone who also participated and got through this with me!!
