Keep working hard, everyone! Whether you can run 10k, 5k, or even 2k, you will reach your goals as you build up good habits and work towards them. I firmly believe EVERYONE can run 10k. I'm super proud of how far you've all come, now let's finish this week strong! 💪

As always, this was a much needed stretching day! I’m still struggling to do the couch stretch though (I think that’s what it’s called) since it hurts my knees even with a pad underneath, so I’m not sure if I’m doing it wrong or something 😅
