Not feeling so good but managed to run 2.4pm instead of 3.2km

I really wasn’t sure if I’d be able to do the full 2 miles, but I’m so proud to say that I did! I can’t remember the last time I ran that distance without stopping, and I’m excited to see how I continue to improve!

Since I’m playing catch up, I’ve been running everyday for the past 3 days 😅 Two days ago I ran one mile, yesterday was 1.5 and today was 2. Unfortunately my body did not want to run the whole 2 so I ran 1.5, walked .3 and ran the rest of the .2! Considering that I work night shifts, and this was done during my break at 12:44am, I am very proud!
