For some reason I could feel my core shaking for most of the exercises today... thanks for a great workout! I remember why this is one of my favourites in the program! ❤️

Crazy how strong I have gotten from doing summer sculpt and home shred... able to do all 10 tricep pushups on my knees without a band (full range of motion)! 🥳🥳 able to do on toes with band but feeling stronger. A lady came and complimented me in the gym saying she was impressed by my strength and I was crushing it' 💪🏼💪🏼
