Loved this one! Feeling good! I'm not able to do push ups yet, so I modified, and I used the assisted pull up machine. Had good form even though I'm not at the level of strength to do it full out. Still feeling great!

Thanks Michelle! Once again a great workout! Grip strength is to help with those pull ups would be great! Always need to be growing and have a goal... so here is another one! 😂
