Good quick ab workout. But my gym doesn’t have anywhere to do the 45 degree bend - so improvised on a mat the best I could with that one.

Didn’t have time for all three rounds cause a bit short on time and did the pull up program too but did two rounds and felt really good!

Loved how quick it was, but it still packs a punch. It would be great if there was an oblique option that we can do at home. This time i tried just standing and holding a weight, but it was tricky to keep in alignment. As I would lean to the side I’d reach a point were my opposite hip would start to lift so i was focused more on that.
