What are the rules of this challenge?
To be eligible for one of the grand prizes, make sure to submit your BEFORE photo no later than FRIDAY JUNE 10th. Submit your FINAL photos & testimonial before WEDNESDAY JULY 6th. I will be choosing a winner based on engagement as well as submission of all assets (although the winner won’t be based on transformation photos)
What are the goals of this challenge?
The goal of this challenge is to get you sweating for summer and help you get your fitness routine in check. The workouts will be focused primarily on cardio and core.
What do I need to participate in this challenge?
Minimal equipment is needed. Dumbbells are preferred, but you can do the whole program with just bodyweight (or you can grab a jug of water, two wine bottles, a bag of rice, or anything you can find!). You can do these workouts from anywhere, and in under 30 min!
Who is this challenge best suited for (skill-level)?
- This challenge is designed for all levels - Beginners: go slow, use just bodyweight, longer rest periods, and focus on form - Advanced: increase weight and reps while reducing rest time as you progress
What types of workouts are included in the challenge?
- There will be 4 days of training plus one active recovery/stretch day - Workouts will be full body but focused on lower body, cardio and core
How will the challenge winner be selected?
I will be choosing a winner based on engagement as well as submission of all assets (although the winner won’t be based on transformation photos)
What are the prizes for the challenge winners?
There will be 3 prize winners for this challenge! 1st place: - $500 cash - 30min video chat with Michelle - Annual subscription to the MK Fit App 2nd place: - $100 cash - Annual subscription to the MK Fit App 3rd place: - Annual subscription to the MK Fit App
Can I do this challenge at home?
