Woah, those flutter kicks are a lot harder than they look!! Especially when you're in the moment, and already in pain from the previous move, my core is usually on fire when doing those.
Nevertheless, I had a blast working out today! I asually added a couple of pull-ups here and there, too, as an extra customized move, lol! Can't lose any progress from the pull-up program, haha!
