I couldn’t do the narrow push ups, so I swapped them out for planks. But overall worked up a good sweat!

Some of the exercises are not too beginner friendly. I personally was unable to do the side plank reaches :( but I will work toward it!

Such a great workout felt accomplished I had to skip the candlesticks due to a little shoulder blade pain but hopefully will be back in shape to do them next week

My triceps are so dead after this workout 🥵 I have never been able to do 12 pushups. Ever!! Today I CRUSHED 4 rounds of 12 pushups. So proud of my progress with MKFit!! 🥰❤️
