I finally got a gym membership! And man, it's so nice to have a guided workout- especially seeing how many machines there are in a gym. It's a little intimidating! 😂 The hardest for me was that one machine that worked the calf muscles! Got a good, sweaty workout today!! 💪✨️ (Side note: So silly- I felt like a lost puppy at the gym, trying to figure out how to adjust the machines, haha! Hopefully over time these workouts will help familiarize me with the machines! 🎉)

The last circuit always gets me! Having a rough day so my head was a little out of it today but glad i made it through.
