I just got a gym membership it's been about seven days now . I was so intimidated by the machines and not knowing how to use them that I haven't gone back. Personal trainers are $140 bucks for 30 minutes which is really expensive right now so thank you so much Michelle for this app I am praying that this is my savior so that I can get the body of my goals and the lifestyle of my dreams I want to live a healthy fit lifestyle and I'm hoping this will help me get there 🤞😁

Hi, I have tried so many different apps and programs and I hope yours will be the one I stick too. Already you've got me hooked to your challenge accepted YouTube channel.
