Provide you with an understanding of Pilates. You will learn how to properly execute the movements, how to apply Pilates to your daily life. Plus how to talk the Pilates talk!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Consistency is always the best way to see results. Decide on how many days you want to work out and be sure to show up! Remember what you put in is what you get out, so if you want faster results, practice more!
How to schedule the program into a week?
I would start with 3-4 days a week to get started. If you want to do more then up it to 4-5 after the first week. I strongly believe in a day or two of rest to give our bodies time to recover. Plus we all need a break and lose wind if we are stressing to do something every day. This should be relaxing not stressful!
What do I need to participate in this program?
You, your mat and some water! This is Pilates down to the core, so it’s you and gravity. A bodyweight flow of movements!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Beginners & others who are looking to sharpen their Pilates movements and deepens their understanding of the body and the incredible mind body connection gained.
