Hi everyone! My name is Michayla Morss and I have been a personal trainer for 6 years and counting! I graduated from Wichita State University where I received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and finished up a 4 year track eligibility! While obtaining my degree, I started my internship at a small personal training facility. This internship turned into my first job as a trainer and quickly sparked my passion for helping others reach their health goals. I moved to small town rural Kansas and opened up my own personal training facility known as MM Fitness in 2018 and our gym fam has quickly grown! I have been blessed enough to open a second location for our public gym goers that will open 2022! I love and take pride in being able to explain to my clients why we do what we do, in hopes they learn this information and pass it on to others. My goal is to get my clients to form a healthy lifestyle that’s sustainable without me and for the duration of their time here. The longevity and quality of all our lives is vital. You can expect lots of information and instruction on my channel! I’ll focus on strength training, weight loss and gain, mobility and workouts for the gym and at home. Lastly, I’ll share the all the knowledge I’ve had the opportunity to learn, with you, so you can pass it on to others and your families!

Training Requirements
I will have a variety of workouts! Some workouts will require little to no equipment that could be done from home. Other workouts will require a gym. Choose whichever best suites you and your schedule/available facilities.
