About the program

The Winter Bulking - Lean Bulk Program is designed for men who are looking to build muscle while maintaining a lean, fitness model, physique. Workouts will be high-volume with each muscle group trained 2x per week! This is a great training frequency for the natural athlete who is looking to develop an aesthetic physique. Also included in this program are 2 ab workouts per week. Over the 12 week training program the ab workouts will progressively increase in difficulty.
