About the program

Shred Challenge is a comprehensive program designed to help you preserve muscle mass while burning unwanted body fat. This program combines six weightlifting workouts each week with fasted cardio sessions every morning to maximize your results. The weightlifting workouts are designed to target different muscle groups, ensuring each muscle group is getting the attention it needs. Each workout includes a mix of compound and isolation exercises to help you build strength, increase endurance, and maintain muscle mass. The fasted cardio sessions are a crucial part of this program, as they help you burn more calories while maintaining muscle mass. Fasted cardio involves performing cardio exercises on an empty stomach, typically in the morning before breakfast. This is because your body has already depleted its glycogen stores overnight, so it will burn more fat for energy during your workout. To get started with the program, you'll need access to a gym and basic weightlifting equipment. Each workout is designed to take around 90 minutes to complete, and you'll perform them six times per week. The cardio sessions should be done in the morning before breakfast and should last between 20-30 minutes. Throughout the program, you'll track your progress to see how far you've come. As a part of the challenge, you’ll be taking before and after photos, as well as measuring your weight at the end of each week. This will help you stay motivated and make adjustments to your program as needed. By combining weightlifting workouts and fasted cardio sessions, you'll be able to achieve your fitness goals and transform your body in just four weeks.
