Missing reps or durations in spots. Also would be nice to have what muscle to focus on in the description of exercises. Petty stuff but just trying to help.

Heads up the 90 degree iso hold is listed in reps and not seconds. Got confused and just did 20 second hold for three rounds

Good session as always. Just need to check exercise 2 of set 3 (I think) the iso hold should be for 10 seconds, not 10 reps
