Sorry if my english isn’t very good :) The workout was absolutely good, it was the first time that i train with this type of series of reps but good sensations at the end ! The shower is gonna be nice 😂

Great workout! My intention with your workouts is to bulletproof my shoulders. Whether it be through pull ups or carrying things, I want to mitigate injury as much as possible. With this workout, I used really light dumbbells and I feel great.
