About the program

This month’s training is designed to help you build strength, lean muscle, and total-body tone—while supporting core stability and recovery from the inside out. You’ll get: 💪 4 Strength Training Sessions/Week – 2 Upper Body Days – 2 Lower Body Days Each workout focuses on slow, controlled movements using moderate to heavy weights to maximize muscle engagement and sculpt definition. ✨ 1 Pilates Sculpt Class/Week Low-impact but high-burn—this class strengthens, lengthens, and challenges your muscles in a completely different way. 🔥 Cardio Integrated No separate sessions needed—strategic bursts of cardio are built into your workouts to support endurance and fat loss. 🌿 Mobility + Stretching Intentional movement and flexibility work are layered in to support recovery and joint health. 🧠 Deep Core Work (4x/Week) Targeted core activation to support posture, pelvic floor, and full-body strength from the inside out.
