This challenge will keep you in a routine during the holiday season. Feel comfortable and confident in your body while navigating the last couple months of the year! These exercises are designed in a way to keep you burning fat and gaining muscle as we go along. You’ll repeat the same exercises for the first three weeks and then continue on to new workouts for weeks 4 through 6. I suggest performing these workouts every other day- for example on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but do what works best with your schedule! On non-lifting days, I suggest walking, yoga, or some other low intensity workout (:
