Admit favorite leg workout not only for triathlon but HOCKEY. u mention skating second thought think alike for sure! Heehee. The gliding motion both legs exact muscles feel burn on skates. One being doing more often. Love it! Music totally 80s 90s my jam. Eminem and Outkast so pumped extra push finish strong just like race. I feel old school music better not only working out but lyrics and song writing. Sorry off topic. Thanks for always adding content Meredith! Love, positive vibes, and more love!! πŸ€—

Use bands for the first time. I feel hips working it. I used medicine ball instead of loop cause don’t have one. That ok?? Thanks for another burn session!

Booty band! Pick me!! I enjoy this set. Flat on back used warm up before run exact reason fire up booty. Variation single leg. I like different burn. Next time around have bands. See even more sweet on. Thanks Meredith!

Definitely feeling the quad burn!!! I did warm up run easy 4miles. It hitting all the right spots. Short feel isolation and beautiful!
