Best cardio Hits only body weight workout!! It honestly felt like running 1mile sprints with 20secs rest. Amazing!! I love mix three different positions (standing, plank, jumping, and side-side). Not thank u enough for strength training! These workouts hitting all glutes, core, and legs making engine stronger for next season 🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️ goals!!!
