Loved it! I enjoy each workout is focus on certain muscles. It helps me focus on those muscles and feel burn. I get frustrated hips right leg less flexible. Not sure if one side more stiff other is normal? Hips, glutes, and abs. Flexibly for endurance πββοΈπ΄ββοΈπββοΈ HUGE!! Another one be hitting multiple times. Love sunshine yellow and smiles inspiring crush every workout. Yes YES never enough sunshine in life!!
