About the program

This is part 2 to my Winter Arc series. Part 2 is featuring a more in depth, more challenging program to test your strength and abilities in the gym. This is still a beginner, intermediate, and advanced lifter friendly - but just take it at your own pace. This movements should and will be more challenging, but the most growth happens in our lives when we challenge ourselves. These next 8 weeks are meant for continuing on the healthy habit train and growing into your best and healthiest versions of yourself. Are you up for the challenge?

    From the time I was a young girl, I grew up a very avid athlete. I played competitive basketball until I was 18 years old, then began a competitive tennis career, advancing to Canadian University National championships. When I was 16, I started taking hormonal birth control. As I started the birth control pill, I gained over 40 lbs, lost my drive for physical activity, and lost myself. In 2020, I re-discovered my love for physical activity. I introduced myself to weight training and the rest is history.
