Amazing! I went from eating 1432 calories a day to 1800, slashed my cardio, obviously upped my weights and I feel great! I’m 5’5” and have been hovering 140-145 for a couple years. Even at 139 I can feel my composition is so different. I was getting skinny fat from overdoing the cardio & underrating. This feels way better and more sustainable. Thank you!!

Wow!!! I did it and it feels sooo gooood!!! This is the first workout program I’ve actually complete in my life - the first one!!! I’ve tried so many, tons and this is the only one that kept me motivated, interested, kept me wanting to go even though it was hard. It was easy to follow and I love my body again and feel great. Truly amazing and as cliche as it sounds, this program is life changing. It was for me. I’m definitely looking forward to the next program and challenge. Thank you, Mel for creating
