Amazing! I went from eating 1432 calories a day to 1800, slashed my cardio, obviously upped my weights and I feel great! I’m 5’5” and have been hovering 140-145 for a couple years. Even at 139 I can feel my composition is so different. I was getting skinny fat from overdoing the cardio & underrating. This feels way better and more sustainable. Thank you!!
