Hey guys! I’m sharing the first workout I did after my bike accident. As you guys know I fractured my left arm and torn the ligament holding my collarbone in place while doing some MTB on July 2021.
Let me know how you like it. I’m planning to post more of my post-injuries workouts on the following weeks.
I’m using my Fitgurlmel light resistance band. It’s highly encouraged, but no required.
