About the program

Empower yourself with this fast-paced, strength training workout series by me, Melissa Alcantara. When I want to push myself and get those elusive summer gains in fat loss and muscle definition, I push the pace, increase the resistance, and ignite my body. This is the distilled version of it! You won’t be alone, work with me and the FitGurls in a follow along training style; we sweat together, laugh, and sometimes even cry a little...of joy of course!
