It's my birthday month! To be honest, I never thought I'd be 40. Growing up I thought 40 was only for mothers (and I am a mother, so it makes sense). BUT this is a new era! It's all about ME. HERE. NOW. The truth is, I've never been in better shape, or more accepting of who I'm becoming and I'm loving every minute of it. This Challenge is for you! 8 Weeks. 40 Days of training just like me.
