Structure:
This program starts with TEMPO exercises and giant supersets. Each movement and position is timed, allowing you to really focus on the motion and connect with your body. You will build a strong foundation and learn how to lift correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
Month 2, we bump up the intensity with high and low rep combos - trust me, you’ll feel the burn!
Finally, we wrap up the final month with more TEMPO training and beast mode intensity! We’re turning into strong swole machines! We don’t skip cardio around here – every day, there’s easy-to-follow cardio that’ll help you build stamina and shred body fat. No BS. Just real workouts! Are you ready to transform?
Equipment Needed:
