Structure: This training plan begins with a focus on weight-loss while building the foundation for aesthetic-strong muscles by focusing on form and range of motion; learn how to lift correctly, efficiently, and effectively. Month 2 is all about building muscle and strength by ramping up the intensity—lower your reps, lift heavier and do it all perfectly. Finally, we bring it all together in month 3 with pro-level rep. ranges, god-like intensity, and we make them purrdy muscles you want. Oh and by the way, every month has simple, easy to follow—not easy to do lol—cardio that is meant to create progress, and there's no jumping or any other shenanigans.
