This is a 6 week program designed to help you get those rock hard abs. If you want abs, you gotta work for them. Trust me, in this program you will! You have the option to condition at the gym or at home. Depending on the day, you will need gym equipment. Some sessions, you will follow a long form video and others you will do HIIT circuit training. No skipping cardio around here – every session ends with a FAT BURNER! This program is for everyone, especially beginners! Get ready to build up your stamina and get sculpted, chiseled abs. Equipment Needed: Dumbbells Treadmill Pull up Bar (for certain Ab Exercises)
