Can I lose weight doing this training plan?
In short yes, the goal here is to maximize fat loss, not just weight loss, and build lean aesthetic muscles. To get the most out of BA2 please follow macros; watch my Macros Class Series on my app.

If have the equipment at home do I need to go to the gym?
If you have a squat rack, barbells, plates, dumbbells and my training bands you can do this at home.
Do I need to be an expert to get results?
Nope. If you're an absolute beginner, you'll learn the fundamentals of form, range of motion, training intensity, etc. If you're elite, then now you have a clear path to re-ignite your training and push to that level that you haven't been to in a while.
