Don't skip this day like I used to with other workout programs. Stretching and mobility are so important to our body's overall health and well-being and helps us to recover faster from the wear/tear exercises we do! I am so glad fitness instructors are consistently putting mobility/stretch days in their workout programs. My only request would be that it is longer - about 45min.
