Thought I was going to be sore the last few workouts before this. I always get sore especially if I haven’t been working out. And then can’t walk the next day, I don’t like that feeling. But these workouts are so amazing. I Can feel my body flushing out. And get some nice stretches in those mountain climbers!

It was great....abit intense with the push up....body weight(overweight)can be hectic on the hands with plank......didn't finish my 3rd  time
